Accessing counselling with us is simple and does not require a mental health care plan—just book a free 15-minute consultation call. This initial conversation helps us determine if we’re the right fit. The therapeutic relationship—a trusting, collaborative partnership between us—is a key factor in effective therapy. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial assessment to develop a treatment plan. If it’s not the right fit, we will respect that and can refer you to other professionals or services that may be more suitable. You can also explore a directory of qualified social workers on the AASW website.
If you are seeking counselling through your workplace, you may be able to access my services via the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Simply request our services from your employer, who will facilitate access. EAP sessions are confidential and designed to support your well-being in the workplace, helping you navigate personal and professional challenges.
