Fees and Charges

Our services are designed to provide high-quality support tailored to your individual needs. We offer the following services at a rate of $180 per hour:

• Counselling: Professional and compassionate one-on-one support to help you navigate life’s challenges and enhance your mental health and well-being.
• NDIS Social Work Capacity Building Supports 

                Participants younger than 7

• These support items provide capacity-building support in early childhood, including key worker, to assist a child (younger than 7) with developmental delay or disability and their family or carers in home, community, and early childhood education settings in working towards increased functional independence and social participation. 

                Participants older than 7

•  Therapy supports are for participants with an established disability to facilitate functional improvement where maximum medical improvement has been reached. For people who access the Scheme as ‘early intervention’ participants, reasonable and necessary supports are likely to be a blend of medical and disability therapies but should be predominantly disability therapy supports. Therapy must aim at adjustment, adaptation, and building capacity for community participation. 
• Consultation: Expert advice and guidance tailored to individuals, families, or organisations, addressing specific concerns or goals.
• Supervision and Coaching: Professional supervision for social workers, counsellors, and other human services professionals to support their practice, professional development, and self-care.

For those seeking ongoing supervision, we offer a discounted package of five sessions for $720. This package represents a 20% discount, making it a cost-effective option for consistent professional support.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer.
• Cancellation Policy: A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of the session will incur the full session fee.

We provide services to self-managed NDIS participants under Capacity Building Supports – Improved Daily Living. Services are billed using the following support item codes:

• Early Childhood Supports (Younger than 7)- Early Childhood Professional Item Number: 15_005_0118_1_3
• Therapy Supports (7 or older)- Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Social Worker  Item Number: 15_621_0128_1_3
