Relationships, Family and Life Transitions
Support to navigate changes in relationships, roles, and identity across life transitions. This may include adjusting to parenting, maintaining family connections, rebuilding relationships after injury, or strengthening communication and support networks.
Funding, Support and System Navigation
Support across a range of systems including NDIS, aged care, insurance schemes, and health services. This includes advocacy, goal setting, report writing, and helping you access and make the most of the supports available to you.
Supervision, Training, Consultation and Workplace Support
Professional supervision for social workers and helping professionals, alongside training and consultation for teams and organisations. Employment Assistance Program (EAP) counselling and critical incident response are also available supporting staff wellbeing and recovery following incidents impacting workforces.

At Wellbeing Support Space, I offer professional social work services that are grounded in compassion, connection, and real-world understanding. My approach is person-centred and relationship-based, recognising that each person’s experience is unique and shaped by their environment, relationships, and life circumstances.
I work alongside individuals to support meaningful change through counselling, consultation, and capacity-building supports. This may include navigating complex life transitions, adjusting to injury or disability, strengthening relationships, or building the skills needed for greater independence and wellbeing.
